Proof over hype
One place to run youth basketball.
One system for tournament operations, club administration, coaching and the family schedule — and a permanent record of every game that runs through it.
Running an event this season? Talk to our team.
Which one are you?
Seven roles, each using a different part of the platform. Choose yours to see what it does today — and what it does not do yet.
Most people hold more than one of these — a coach who is also a parent, a director who coaches. One account covers all of them.
What the platform does
Hardware at the scorer's table, software behind the event and the club, and a permanent record of both.
Courtside scoring and scoreboard
A touchscreen for the scorer and a full spectator scoreboard, running offline on hardware we bring. Score, period, clock, shot clock, fouls and timeouts, with no paper sheet to reconcile afterwards.
Tournament operations
Schedules, divisions, pools, brackets, registration and approvals in one system. Standings and brackets update as results come in, and entry fees are tracked to the cent.
Club administration
A club applies, is reviewed, and then runs its teams, its coaches and its public page from a portal of its own. A team joins a club only when both sides agree.
One account per family
Every child on a single login: the schedule in the gym's own timezone, live scores from the court, practices and team events, and availability answered once per event rather than game by game.
Vetted trainers
A trainer is listed only while a background check and safeguarding training are on record and current, both renewed annually. Families search by distance, age group and specialty.
A record that lasts
Every basket is recorded against the player who scored it, as it happens — so box scores, badges, player cards and public rankings are a by-product of running the game rather than a second job.
What you would be using
Not mockups. The scoreboard below is the live component, rendered here with sample teams; the images are screenshots of the scorer's table in use.

Where we are right now
Proof over hype applies to us first, so here is where the platform stands. Working today: courtside scoring and the spectator scoreboard, tournaments end to end, the club portal and club pages, coach and family portals, referee schedules, public live scores, team rankings, player cards and badges, club dues invoicing, and vetted trainers families can find and book.
Not built yet: card payments (entry fees, club dues and training are recorded by hand today), digital waivers, and text messages to your phone. Player-level rankings wait on deeper statistics than points and fouls.
We work with a small number of directors on live events this season. If that is you, we would like to hear from you.
